Contact information you give us when you request a quote, book a job, call, or text us: name, phone number, email address, and service address.
Job information: descriptions and photos of items or spaces you send us for quoting, scheduling details, and service notes.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Square or Jobber Payments). We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Call and message records: calls and texts with our office — including calls answered by our automated receptionist — may be recorded, transcribed, and stored so we can serve you and keep accurate job records.
Website information: standard technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) collected by our website host for security and analytics.

How we use your information

To provide quotes, schedule and complete junk removal and delivery services.

We share information only as needed to run your job: with our scheduling and payment service providers (such as Jobber and Square), with disposal and recycling facilities as needed for service, and if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes, and take reasonable measures to protect them. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your information to people who need it to serve you.
