Services
RoadHunt LLC provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, light demolition, and local delivery services in the Michiana area (South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Granger, Niles, and nearby communities), Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. We are closed Sundays.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are based on the volume your items take up in our truck and the nature of the job. A quote confirmed by us before the job is the price you pay, as long as the items and conditions match what was described or shown to us. If the job differs materially from what was described (additional items, access issues, or conditions not disclosed), we will discuss any price change with you and get your approval before proceeding. We do not begin extra work without your agreement.
Booking, calls, and texts
Calls and texts to our business number may be answered by an automated receptionist that can take your details, schedule appointments, and pass urgent matters to our team. Calls may be recorded for quality and record-keeping. By providing your mobile number, you consent to service-related calls and texts as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is completed unless other arrangements are made in writing before the job. We accept cash, card, and Cash App. Larger jobs may require a deposit, which will be stated on your invoice before work begins.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will work with you to find another time.
Items we cannot take
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot haul hazardous materials, including fuel, oil, paint and chemicals in unsealed containers, asbestos-containing materials, and other regulated waste. If such items are present, we will discuss safe options with you before proceeding.
Access and property
You are responsible for ensuring we can access the items to be removed (unlocked gates, vehicles moved, pets secured). We take care to protect your property during service; if we cause damage, tell us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Michigan law, RoadHunt LLC's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
